Attach your voice to
the project and
come touch the tree!

Partner your global vision with The Firetree Project.
Add presentations of art, science, and performance to build on the Firetree vision.
Culminate your on-site presentation with a Firetree Celebration.

INDOOR/OUTDOOR
You don’t need fire to present Firetree’s message of global solidarity
and vision. The use of lights, and other effects can produce a stunning
presentation in even the most challenging of interior or outdoor spaces.

TRANSPORTATION
Firetree is a puzzle of parts that can be assembled at multiple
venues. Once the branches are removed, the steel trunk tilts
downward, then easily rolls onto a flatbed trailer for transport.
The steel trunk can be detached to navigate through tight spaces.

PROJECTS
Hands-on projects (see below), Firetree memorabilia, and process
materials are available to expand the Firetree experience.

PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES
The Firetree Project has a variety of activities for adults and children.
There are many opportunities to add additional interactive ideas.
  • Message Writing - for the Ball of Light.
  • Flip-to-view: Symbolism Blocks plus Board Books - learn about and locate details on the sculpture.
  • Firetree Button Making - cut and press.
  • Firetree Leaf -  aluminum and copper.
  • Flower - aluminum and copper, plus paper.
  • SunStar - foil coated card stock.
  • Lift-up the Sunstar replica.
  • Ring the two bells connected to the tree.
  • Take home a blue marble!

Picture
Firetree disassembles for easy transport to any location.
Branches are attached at ground level, then the tree is raised using an industrial hand winch.
Once secured, copper, slate, and other details are added to complete assembly.
